Get Your Tickets for Tuesday's Christmas Gathering Luncheon

Just a Brief Word about
This Event First

When we first planned this event, we weren't planning to participate in two parades. However, with the 2016 primary election moved up two months, we felt like it was an important service to our candidates to arrange for parade entries so they could connect with local voters.

We run with a pretty lean crew of volunteers. With the added load of coordinating two parades as well this luncheon, we are spread pretty thin at the moment.

Our ticket sales and silent auction really could use some help.

Each December, we host this holiday luncheon that is a lovely time of fellowship. It falls at a time before campaigns season is in full swing or legislative session begins or after elections take place.

It is indeed special, and we especially love it that we get like-minded people in the room to connect.

We all have demands on our time outside of our political support activities, especially in December. However, we think our fellow Republicans are important enough to take the time to host this event. We know that our work is part of the reason that many Republicans run unopposed and it costs them much less to win their races than their Democrat counterparts. Attending is a great way to say thank you.

The Christmas Gathering is a modest fund-raiser too. We just about break even on our ticket sales. We make our money on our silent auction and any live auction items we might have. If you have attended, volunteered, or donated silent auction items in the past, THANK YOU from the Republican Women of Bentonville and the Benton County Republican Women who work together to host this event!

Here's how you can help:
  • Buy a ticket. See details below.
  • Donate a silent auction item or live auction item. It can be a new, never-used item or a gently used item perfect for re-purposing. Please try your best to have it there by 10:30 a.m.
  • Share this e-mail or our Facebook posts with your friends.
  • Personally invite someone to attend (like your friends, spouse, parents, or children).
  • Volunteer next year for something. You will so glad you did and will meet neat people too. Promise.

The annual Christmas Gathering and Silent Auction hosted by the Republican Women's clubs of Benton County really is the Republican event of the holidays that everyone talks about. We hope you'll attend and bring someone with you.
