Influential Women in Gov't Symposium 

On Thursday, April 25th from 5:30-8:30, Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge and Former Colorado Attorney General Cynthia Coffman will appear at Northwest Arkansas Community College in Bentonville.

On Thursday, April 25th from 2:00-3:30, Senator Tom Cotton will be in Benton County for a Town Hall meeting. His intention is to focus on topics that affect seniors and retirees, but all constituents are welcome to attend. The location is not yet determined; we will keep you informed.

On Thursday, April 25th from 11:30-1:00, Saving Grace NWA will host their 10th Annual Butterflies & Blooms Luncheon at the John Q. Hammons Convention Center.  

Butterflies & Blooms is a fundraising luncheon which enables Saving Grace to raise money toward their annual budget. 

BCRW's Carrie Perrien Smith has sponsored a table and would like YOU to help her fill it. Call her at 479.903.0208 to reserve your free seat at the table.

BCRW Meets Again April 16 

Join us Tuesday, April 16 for the regular meeting of BCRW. Our featured guest is Meagan Schatzman, Field Representative for the Office of U.S. Senator John Boozman. She will speak to us about current federal legislative issues.

BCRW meets the third
Tuesday of each month at the Pleasant Crossing Golden Corral in Rogers (exit 81). Networking begins at 11:30 and the meeting begins at noon. We warmly invite guests to attend.

To support the charitable efforts of local shelters, BCRW is collecting new trial-sized hygiene items to donate. Please consider donating. We will collect at every meeting. Ideas: 

  • Shampoo, Conditioner
  • Toothpaste, Dental floss, Toothbrush
  • Deodorant, Soap, Body wash
  • Lotion, Lip balm
  • Feminine hygiene
  • Tissues

  AFRW Events - Join the Fun!  

If you're a member of BCRW, you're also a member of AFRW, and we encourage you to participate in the state-level meetings to learn what gets done and how to make a difference. 

Friday & Saturday April 5 & 6 - AFRW Spring Convention  
BCRW is sending 7 delegates: President Rebecca Hedges, 2nd VP Renona Crowden, Dianna Lankford, Reta Hamilton, Melanie Elliott, Dee VanLaningham, and Barbara Tillman. Alternates are Nedra Angell and Judi Corn. Guests are welcome to attend.

This is a truly exciting time to be involved as a Republican.
Pay your dues now for membership through December 2019.

How are BCRW member dues used?

  • $4/member for AFRW membership
  • $10/member for NFRW membership
  • College scholarship for a Benton County student
  • Donations to Republican candidates, state and national scholarship funds, RPA headquarters in Little Rock, veterans' causes, and more
  • Advertising, publicity events, speaker lunches, mileage, and other club maintenance

Donations and fundraisers throughout the year also contribute to the budget. We are careful with your money and we work hard to maximize every dollar.
