Visit with Arkansas Lady Legislators May 21 

BCRW’s May 21 meeting features a few of our Republican women state legislators: 
Sen. Cecile Bledsoe, District 3; 
Rep. Jana Della Rosa, District 90; 
Rep. Rebecca Petty, District 94; 
Rep. Gayla McKenzie, District 92; 
Rep. Robin Lundstrum, District 87.
They’ll share their thoughts about the recent legislative session, answer questions, and tell us their future plans. BCRW member and JP Carrie Perrien Smith will moderate the discussion. Come join us for a great meeting!

BCRW meets the third Tuesday of each month at the Pleasant Crossing Golden Corral in Rogers (exit 81). Networking begins at 11:30 and the meeting begins at noon. We warmly invite guests to attend.

National Poppy Day, May 24
Sell poppies with American Legion Auxiliary, Post 100 at Sam's Club in Bentonville, 10:00-4:00.
Sign up for an increment of 1 hour or more: call or text Rebecca 479.685.5476

WWI soldiers brought home a memory, a barren landscape transformed by wild poppies, red as the blood that had soaked the soil, the spirit of their lost comrades living on. The American Legion Auxiliary poppy still blooms, its petals of paper bound together for veterans by veterans!  They will be remembered!

9:00 - Rogers Cemetery, north gate, 10th & Cypress.
Memorial Day Ceremony & Lunch, May 27
Students especially invited!
Legion Hut, 711 W. Persimmon St, Rogers (
across from Post Office). 10:00 start. Featured: Heritage High Band—POW memorial—Speaker is Lt Col Shane D Pair, AR State Air Chaplain, Joint Force Headquarters.  
Memorial Day Ceremony & Lunch, May 27
National Cemetery, 700 Government Ave, Fayetteville, 9:45 start.
Featured: Dazzling Diamond Chorus & Ozark Highlanders Pipe Band

10:00—Ceremony begins. Speaker is Kelvin Parks, VA Med Center Director

Republican PARTY of Benton County
Tuesday, May 28

The Republican Party of Benton County will meet on Tuesday, May 28 from 7:00-8:00 pm at the Benton County Extension Office, 1204 SW 14th Street, Bentonville. Featured speaker TBA.

NEW!! Doors open at 6:15. COME EARLY to take part in strategic planning to communicate R principles, recruit new R candidates, and continue to win upcoming elections. We must not be complacent.

RPBC meets the 4th Tuesday of every month.


Republican MEN of Benton County
Friday, May 24 

The Republican Men of Benton County will meet on Friday, May 24 at 11:30 at Golden Corral in Rogers. Featured speaker TBA.

This is a truly exciting time to be involved as a Republican.
Pay your dues now for membership through December 2019.

How are BCRW member dues used?

  • $4/member for AFRW membership
  • $10/member for NFRW membership
  • College scholarship for a Benton County student
  • Donations to Republican candidates, state and national scholarship funds, RPA headquarters in Little Rock, veterans' causes, and more
  • Advertising, publicity events, speaker lunches, mileage, and other club maintenance

Donations and fundraisers throughout the year also contribute to the budget. We are careful with your money and we work hard to maximize every dollar.
