Reservations come in via the OTA’s, the GDS, Tour Operators, Travel Agents, hotel website and even occasionally by phone. But how to manage all these various channels, how to expand your yield over these various mediums. To demystify channel management we have invited Alex Brown, a senior Executive with Siteminder – www.siteminder.com to facilitate a workshop on Tuesday July 19th from 9.00am to 4.00pm at the Halcyon Cove by Rex Resorts. This workshop will give you a clear overview of the importance of each channel, how to manage them and how to maximise your reservation mix.

The cost is EC$350.00 per person for AHTA members and EC$500.00 for non-members.
