Tourism Investment Guide Being Developed by CHTA

  • Presents Great Exposure Opportunity for Allied Members Which Support Hotel Developments and Upgrades
  • Properties Looking to Re-brand, Sell or Undertake Major Refurbishment or Expansion May Find Value in Guide

All indications point to a renewed optimism in tourism-related investments in the Caribbean. We believe this will be clearly illustrated at this November’s Caribbean Hotel Investment Conference and Operations Summit (CHICOS) sponsored by HVS in cooperation with CHTA and the Caribbean Tourism Organization on November 12-13 at the Ritz Carlton in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

At CHICOS we plan to unveil the Caribbean Tourism and Hospitality Investment Guide, being produced by the Caribbean Tourism Organization in association with CHTA.

The publication will be a one-stop resource describing investment incentives and other key matters of interest to investors in tourism-related projects throughout the Caribbean. These could be new investors or tied to existing properties looking to undertake a major refurbishment, expansion or rebranding.

The Investment Guide will be distributed throughout the region, by CHTA and CTO, through local Government and Hotel Association offices, and at events and related investment conferences.

We wish to present an opportunity to our members to promote their business in the publication. This may be of particular interest to our hotel members looking to expand or re-brand and allied members offering services to prospective investors.
