Please Conserve Water! 

The State of Connecticut and the Regional Water Authority are asking residents and businesses to voluntarily reduce water demand by 10% because of the drought. 

Tips to reduce your usage: Don't water your lawn. Check for leaky faucets or toilets. Turn off the faucet while you brush your teeth. Only wash full loads of clothing.

Fallapalooza Events!

This evening Coachman Square at Woodbridge (21 Bradley) is hosting a fashion show at 6 p.m. with local models, local fashion, local retailers and a preview of Restaurant Week.

Police Will Take Your Unwanted Rx


On Saturday, October 22, 2016 the Woodbridge Police Department will give the public an opportunity to get rid of potentially dangerous, expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs.

Bring your pills or patches to the front lobby of the Woodbridge Police Department at 4 Meetinghouse Lane, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.

This service is free and anonymous, no questions asked. Learn more here.

Through October 29: Household Hazardous Waste at Regional Water Authority, 90 Sargent Dr., New Haven. Saturdays, 9 am – Noon.

Through October 31: Motor Vehicle Assessment - High Mileage/Poor Body Condition inspection for October 2016 Grand List. (Vehicles must be registered in Woodbridge as of 10/1.)  Inspection does not guarantee value change. Bring car to Woodbridge Town Hall, Monday- Friday, 9am – 4pm. Appointment not needed.

Through November 1:  Personal Property Declarations are due back from businesses by November 1, 2016 to avoid 25% late filing penalty. Call, email or visit the Assessor’s Dept. on the Woodbridge Website if the Declaration Mailing was not received. (203-389-3416, assessorclerk@woodbridgect.org)

Through November:   DPW – Bulk Pick-Up. Every Tuesday through November by appointment. Contact Public Works at 203-389-3420.
