Gov. Attends Fuel Cell Ribbon Cutting

Governor Malloy joined DEEP Commissioner (and Woodbridge resident) Rob Klee, First Selectman Ellen Scalettar, Amity Regional School District and UI to celebrate the new fuel cell at the high school.

The fuel cell will save the high school money on heat and will eventually power the Town's microgrid.

First Selectman Youth Award

Woodbridge Youth Services, in collaboration with First Selectman Ellen Scalettar, is accepting nominations for the Eighteenth Annual Woodbridge First Selectman’s Youth Award.

If you know of a Woodbridge youth, 18 or younger, deserving of the award please fill out the nomination form!

Health Programming 

Join the Senior Center next week for a Diabetes 101 presentation on Monday Jan. 30 from 6-7 p.m. in the Senior Center Cafe (4 Meetinghouse Lane) and on Tuesday Jan. 31 the Senior Center will host a discussion about vision health following lunch. Lunch ($3) is at 12:15 and the discussion will begin at 12:45 p.m.
