Congrats Delaware!

Update from the States

Certified Professional Midwives will soon be able to practice in Delaware, thanks to more than ten years of legislative education efforts and community support. New legislation awaiting the governor's signature will allow for Certified Professional Midwives and Certified Midwives to practice legally in Delaware without a written collaborative agreement beginning June 30, 2016.
