Discussion, Learnings at Distributor/GPO Summit
Earlier this month, companies including McKesson, Medline, Walgreens, Premier and Novation gathered in Washington, D.C. Summit attendees learned about the transition plans and discussed issues including forecasting challenges, item codes and the need for supply chain management education. Plans are in the works for ongoing discussion to spread the word to other distributors, GPOs and their broad customer base.
