GUAC at NHF annual conference, Birmingham

Join GUAC at the annual NHF conference, taking place in Birmingham next week.

On Thursday 22 September GUAC and ERSA will be hosting a joint workshop, 12-1pm, in the main exhibition area.

The session, entitled “Homes and Jobs: options on bidding, integrating and blending housing and employment services across localities”, will focus on creating real opportunities for housing organisations to consider creating integrated services offers with other providers, across local regions.

For more information, or to find out more about our work, find us at our GUAC stall at conference on either 21 or 22 September, located in Stand 5 of the main exhibition zone.

GUAC Annual Gala

We are delighted to have secured the House of Commons Terrace for our Annual Gala, taking place on the evening of Thursday 3rd November, sponsored by Peter Aldous MP. Invitations have gone out to GUAC members already, further invitations to external guests and selected MPs are to follow. Our annual reception celebrates the work of our members, and our sector, in supporting social housing residents into training and employment.

Minister of State for DWP, Penny Mordaunt MP, has been invited to address the reception, and we’re looking forward to being joined by a range of other key stakeholders from across the political and social housing sectors.
