Introduction meeting
 Nov. 19 in Augusta

Groups and individuals interested in encouraging community support for food production and recognition of the important contributions farms and fisheries bring to Maine's cultural heritage, ecology and economy are invited to a discussion on organizing a "Vibrant Communities" subcommittee.

The Healthy Maine Environment subcommittee has met twice in the winter and spring of 2015 and will convene again at the Network Gathering. Watch for updates!

Healthy Food For All

Next meeting October 29th, Portland. Updates Soon!

The Healthy Food For All Subcommittee has convened two meetings with participants from diverse sectors and is working towards generating more focused sub-goal areas, and soliciting input on action items. The subcommittee is in the process of convening a third meeting for this fall.
