Bridging the Digital Divide for Detroit Students

As the first step in addressing digital inequity within the city of Detroit, The Skillman Foundation, DTE Energy, Quicken Loans, Detroit Public Schools Community District, and the City of Detroit announced a $23-million investment to all 51,000 DPSCD students a computer tablet with high-speed LTE internet connectivity before the end of the school year.
