Andaman Discoveries Newsletter                    April, 2015

Dear Friends,

Andaman Discoveries saw an exciting high season thanks to our committed communities and enthusiastic guests.  With a constant flow of respectful travellers and interested local partners, we are able to continue the wonderful work of providing meaningful experiences. The tourism groups within the local communities have blossomed and grown with confidence, bringing an enthusiastic and bright outlook for next season.  We have been able to outreach to new communities and develop more diverse programs that offer historical activities and ecological adventures.

Over the past months we have welcomed back many of our study and service groups who participate in interactive and meaningful projects within our local networks.  Volunteers continue to offer their help at local schools and centers and bring innovative perspectives to help make the projects even better.

The next months will be dedicated to beginning the work of the NAN foundation to advance the community projects of the North Andaman Community Tourism Network and philanthropic efforts of Andaman Discoveries.

Please take a look at our featured stories in this issue and stay updated on our social media sites like Facebook and Twitter.
