Thank you for joining us for our weekly Tribal e-newsletter. This virtual newsletter gives us the wonderful opportunity to present membership with easy to access, up to date communication; including news releases and public notices, job opportunities and showcasing the teamwork of our wonderful staff.

The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe is notifying all tribal members that the online application is now available for those who did not already submit an application for the Tribal Member Economic Recovery Support. Through funds received under the American Rescue Plan Act, the Economic Recovery Support provides membership with financial assistance to help with hardships due to COVID-19. The deadline to submit applications is July 15, 2022.
NARCAN: is a lifesaving medication designed to help reverse the effects of an opioid overdose in minutes. It is safe for all ages. Visit us during the times below to participate in a brief training and receive a free NARCAN kit. For more information on NARCAN call (518) 358-2967.
STARTS TOMORROW -- AKWESASNE FARMERS MARKET: Every Wednesday & Saturday from
11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. starting June 18th through November 5th at Road Block Billy's located at 580 State Route 37.

PRESS RELEASES & PUBLIC NOTICES

NEW HOURS: SRMT Health Services will be conducting COVID-19 PCR Testing on Tuesdays from 8:30 - 11:45 a.m. (or while supplies last) at their main campus located at 404 State Route 37. Please use the road located across from McGee Road and follow the signs for testing garage.
NEW DATE: The Summer Safety Event date has changed to July 8th! Same time and location. We hope to see you there!
VACCINE CLINIC HOURS AND LOCATION: Health Services will be relocating the Wednesday vaccine clinic to their main building at 404 State Route 37. Individuals ages 5-years old or more can receive a COVID-19 vaccine between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. No appointment is needed.
The Affordable Connectivity Program provides eligible households with a discount on broadband service and connected devices. This program provides a discount of up to $30 per month toward the internet for eligible households and up to $75 per month for homes on qualifying Tribal lands.

We are taking each posted position on a case-by-case basis, in terms of continuing in the process as is; or re-posting of any position that may be in the process.
This will be a joint decision between Human Resources staff and the Hiring
Authority (Supervisor).
