The Last Sunday Café makes a welcome return to Cherry Hinton
The “Last Sunday” café, run by volunteers from the Residents Association, returns to Cherry Hinton Library, on Sunday 26th March 10am-1pm. Excellent coffee, tea, and cake available, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The team are looking forward to seeing familiar faces again after this extended break following covid. Everyone welcome!
A FREE Children's Fun Day.  Mumneedarest is a FREE community event created to support parents and carers to have respite and look after their wellbeing.  Taking place at Netherhall School on 3rd April.  Tickets and more information here

Little Feet, Big Impressions  

Fun interactive sessions aimed at those age 1-5 years old. Make community connections and meet other carers and children.  More information and dates here

Rhymetimes @ Cherry Hinton  Wed; 22 March 202311:00am to 11:30am  Aimed at children from birth to 18 months.  Only adults and any children over 5 years old will require a ticket. Book a space on Eventbrite here or book at the helpdesk in the library.  Weekly Event. 

Wandlebury Country Park
Woodland & Wildlife Walk 22 March 10-12pm  

Free guided walk to learn about woods and their wildlife.  Join the Wardens for a gentle guided walk to learn about and enjoy the woods and their wonderful wildlife. Meet at the noticeboard in the car park. Free but donations welcome.

In Situ: Theatre at The Leper Chapel: Hamlet by William Shakespeare 
Fri 24 Mar, 8pm

Cambridge theatre company performs Shakespeare’s Hamlet in the atmospheric Leper Chapel.  "In Richard Spaul’s hands, the play becomes a one-man performance, as he leads the audience through the political machinations and emotional turbulence of the Danish court, to the play’s tragic conclusion."  More details here

Cherry Hinton Road, Teversham: Road works From 3rd April 
Details of road improvements, resurfacing and associated development works on part of Cherry Hinton Road, Teversham.  
The works are programmed to take place between 03rd April 2023 and 14th April 2023. Daily working hours will be between 08:00 to 18:00 on weekdays, 09:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays and 10:00 to 16:00 on Sundays.  More information here

Proposed installation of double yellow lines on Hayster Drive and Harcombe Road, Cambridge – in the vicinity of The Spinney Primary School and around the junctions of the surrounding roads.  More information here
