Don't cut yourself off from people who have problems...
It's too easy to avoid those who don’t perform or have odd quirks, especially when people are constantly joining and leaving your organization.

After all, the leader has to get the required results regardless, right? So if people can’t deliver or don’t fit, they have to get sorted out, right?

Right. But rejecting is not sorting.

The calm, confident, connected leader knows the power at each person's inner core. It is waiting to find the joy of greater expression in the world.

Yes, someone may not be right for your team or business, but you are always to play your part in his or her growth. As leader, you hold a special power to help and encourage people wherever they may go subsequently. Use it for everyone. Above, below and alongside you. No exceptions.

Support and be grateful to those whose career journey will take them elsewhere.

And be even more grateful to those who stay!

What matters most to us is that all leadership potential is aligned toward business growth.
