Lot's of news but just a quick update!!!
Saturday 5th July
We have teamed up with Steve Millard - free-diving instructor guru to arrange an course in free-diving skills. This will be a one-day course based from Oban where you'll be taught the AIDA 1* free-diving course, improving you breath-hold, finning techniques and open water skills.
Pre-requesites for the course are a minimum age of 18 years old, 100m minimum distance swimming and 300m distance with mask, snorkel & fins. You don't need to have done free-diving before but being comfortable with snorkelling would be a good help.
We will start with a some theory then the rest will be in sheltered open water where you can learn correct and safe breath-hold skills.
We'll be boat based for the open water part and in a sheltered but interesting location which has consistent good visibility and marine life.
