Highlights of the Year.

This newsletter features 20 highlights of amazing work by business / entrepreneurship students in IADT (CAO codes: DL701 and DL823 ). Vote for your favourite 'entrepreneurial highlight' at: VOTE. The result will be announced at Open Day on June 22.
Wishing all our readers a very relaxing and enjoyable Summer.

Open Day  runs from 4.00 to 6.00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22. Have a look around and get all your questions answered e.g. what are the 'minimum entry requirements' i.e. 5 'D3' at ordinary level including Maths and English for DL701.  Minimum entry requirement is 2 'C3' at higher level plus 4 'D3' at ordinary level including Maths and English for DL823. A 'D3' in Foundation Maths is accepted for these purposes.
1. Grace O'Sullivan and Ellen Weber (year 3 students) win the Xposé Frock Advisor Award for Best Online Boutique with Glitz n'Pieces.
2. Stella Pete (final year student) wins the highly coveted Unilever Internship competition.
3. The Enterprise Society wins  'Society of the Year'.
4. Enactus IADT impresses all at the national Enactus Ireland finals (from left: Stella Pete, Conor Nolan and Claire Ann Ferry).

6. IADT Enterprise Society make the finals of the Social Media Awards.
7. Jack O'Sullivan pitches his business, Vital Fixies, at the Irish Student Entrepreneurship Forum.
8. Paul Purcell (final year) launches V1984 debut record with his Glacial Industries label.
9. IADT Rugby on winning the 'Best Club of the Year'.
10. Our year 3 Erasmus students excel in Grenoble, France. Eva Perez (lecturer) in centre.
11. Enterprise Society students ring the famous NASDAQ stock market bell at the Web Summit.
12. Our CIMA Global Business Challenge team is second at the national finals (from left: Claire Ann Ferry, Emmet Kehoe, Fiona Arnold (CIMA), Una Griffin, David Bolger and Stella Pete).
13. Dominika Kowalska (year 2 student) launches the DK House of Fashion enterprise.
14. Two of the three young entrepreneurs on the main stage of the Web Summit were from IADT; Niamh McHugh (right) and Conor Nolan(centre).
