Festival of Trees

Nov 19-22
The Bitterroot Health Foundation Festival of Trees is 4-day holiday celebration for all ages and collaboratively benefits local Bitterroot Valley nonprofits. The festival will feature 40+ designer trees and 20+ wreaths, all benefitting specific nonprofits throughout the Valley. General admission is $1 per person per visit at the door.

Author of 'The Revenant' to speak in Hamilton

Friday, Nov 4, 6pm
Missoula writer Michael Punke, whose historical novel, "The Revenant," was adapted into the film starring Leonardo DiCaprio, will be holding an event at the Ravalli County Museum in conjunction with Chapter One Bookstore. He will discuss his process for researching and writing both historical fiction and nonfiction works as well as how growing up in the West has influenced his work.
