We know that this is a difficult time for everyone, and food insecurity and food insufficiency has been particularly challenging for many. The Riverdale Jewish Community Partnership, which is coordinated by the Riverdale Y, has been working with local government and not-for-profit agencies to try to ensure that everyone gets the food they need.
Starting on Thursday, the Y, in partnership with GetFoodNYC, will be increasing its food support for seniors by delivering 3 kosher meals a day to 200 seniors in our community.
Please see below for other opportunities to obtain free kosher food in our community.
