With the increasing demand for direct customer support in the Southeast USA, we have created a new position that will replace the typical Independent Sales Representative role we have used in the past. This new position will allow us to focus even more attention on our local dealers with an emphasis on pursuing and bringing in new end-user business.
Cooper Hedden will be filling this role, effective January 1, 2018, and if you are a Danley dealer in the Southeast, you can expect to hear from him soon to see how we can better support your needs in 2018.
Cooper will report to the Director of Sales, JP Parker. “Cooper brings an in-depth knowledge of our company, having held various internal positions including crossover board assembly, customer service, QC control, tradeshow management, and other marketing activities,” says Parker. “His strong passion for personal and business excellence will be an asset in supporting our dealers.”
