On Bergen Biz: In building the business over the last 15 years, I have found that the most important aspect of doing business is building trusted relationships. Trust is built by following through on commitments. It’s not about the promises made but the ones that are delivered. Over time that trust creates a platform for positive relationships and referrals. Bergen Biz offers an ideal environment for building those relationships.
Tip: An old saying holds that failure to plan is planning failure. The same holds true for website initiatives. Before starting any project, it is critical to spend time defining the objectives, the audience and functionality requirements in some detail. Only with requirements well understood and agreed by all involved should actual website design or development begin. This process will also identify whether a website is the best answer or if a blog or social media marketing campaign might be the better solution Planning will ensure that the investment meets true business goals. It all starts with the plan.
