Life Group Launch Sunday!

Stop by Zirbel Hall on Sunday, January 12th, following both worship gatherings at 10am or 11:45am, to learn about current and new Life Group opportunities at Good Shepherd. Annual Congregational Meeting

Save the date for our Annual Congregational Meeting on Sunday, January 26th. Lunch at noon in Zirbel Hall, followed by the business meeting.

Join us on January 15th: 5:45-6:30pm Family Dinner ($5 per person, $10 max per family); 6:30-8pm Worship, Middle and High School gatherings.  


Salt Shakers

Enjoy sharing a meal with new and old friends? Salt Shakers meet four times a year in small groups for a potluck dinner or brunch. Groups and assignments are preset at the beginning of the year and sign ups are now in progress. Forms are available at the Kiosk or contact the Mastersons at or the Brownlees at Kickoff meeting is February 1st at 6pm.

Grandparenting Matters

Luncheon "2020" Focus

January 15th, 2020 - As the New Year begins, we will be taking advantage of "2020" and being in "Focus". Speaker will be our Director of Youth Ministry, Josh Higgins. Josh will be sharing the adventures of the past year along with upcoming opportunities which we can support and connect with the youth of Good Shepherd. Sign up today on the patio.

Gospel Sing-A-Long

Join us Friday, January 17th from 6:30-8pm in the Fireside Room for a fun evening of singing gospel songs. Acoustic instruments are welcomed!

Give Back

Blankets of Love Workday

The Good Shepherd Quilters are having a Workday on Saturday, January 18th, Zirbel Hall, 10am to approximately 2pm, and will include a potluck luncheon. All quilters and sewers are welcome. We especially would love to invite those who would like to be involved in our work, but have not come to meetings. Part Time Ministry Assistant

Good Shepherd is looking for an energetic part time Ministry Assistant who will work with our Children and Youth programs. Primary responsibilities will be on Wednesday and Sunday helping prepare and administer our programs. Additionally, attending special events and spending time with Children and Youth. The selected candidate should have experience working in children and/or youth programs and a high school diploma or equivalent. Please contact for more information.     

Clothing Drive

Bring new or "gently" used Elementary and Middle School sized clothing on January 12th for our Clothing Drive. All donations will be given to a local school where one of our long time members has taught for over 20 years!
