Assalamu alaykum!
Our beautiful religion encourages all humans to live healthy lives. Good health is not limited to diet and exercise, but rather requires a holistic approach, including physical, spiritual and mental well being.
Join us as Shaykh Saad Baig, a traditional scholar of Islam and a qualified mental health specialist, shares his knowledge, experience and research on this important topic.

Join us for an informative workshop, an interactive Q/A with the scholar, and dinner.

When: July 28 after Maghrib.
