COACH, COUCHE-CULOTTE OU GOUROU ?

 
 Qui sommes-nous en tant que coachs ? Quelles sont les attentes de nos clients et comment choisissons-nous d'y répondre ? Y a-t-il des limites à ne pas franchir ? Quelle différence entre déontologie et éthique ?  A partir d’une introduction du sujet par Susanne Habran, nous réfléchirons ensemble à ces questions importantes qui se posent dans notre pratique. Nous verrons aussi comment l’éthique et la déontologie sont perçus par les prescripteurs du coaching. Collaboration between EMCC & ICF
 
To better serve our coaching community, the Luxembourg Presidents of ICF & EMCC are continuing their exchange of best practices through regular meetings and by each being a member of the other association.  This shared willingness to cooperate will generate some initiatives in the future which we will inform you about.
EMCC Luxembourg has opened the annual “Group Supervision” to  ICF Luxembourg members.
We are also happy to inform you that, from now on, ICF Luxembourg events will be open to EMCC Luxembourg members at the same  attendance fee as ICF members! To register for their next event

Dress for success (DFS)

4 clients of Dress for Success have started a coaching process with one of our coaches. Each coachee has so far attended at least 1-2 sessions.

The solidarity coaching initiative started in Luxembourg in 2010 in cooperation with the University of Luxembourg and 15 coachings were conducted. Solidarity coaching also exists in France, Greece, Sweden and Switzerland.   Finland, Denmark and Germany will join at a later stage.

More information will be given at our General Assembly on 6 November.

Marie Cazès
Merci à Marie Cazès de nous avoir rappelé à quel point la voix est importante dans nos relations avec les autres. "..On oublie parfois tout ce que véhicule la voix et qui permet à nos interlocuteurs d'entendre ce qui est dit au delà des mots". Dans son approche, Marie souligne en particulier le rôle des émotions et de l'histoire personnelle de chacun des interlocuteurs dans l'expression verbale. Elle explique comment le fait de travailler sur sa voix permet de renforcer ses capacités de communication.
