Valentine's Day is coming up soon, and in this newsletter, we're excited to share with you plenty of ways to show your love!

Show yourself some love by taking care of your health, both physical and mental. De-stress by visiting a green space or taking part in a Mindful Moments class, or learn more about nutrition by visiting a healthy food seminar.

Using plant-based ingredients and recipes is a great way to show our planet some love, as is educating yourself on how to protect it moving forward, so come out to our Before the Flood screening on February 7th!
