Dear Friend,

You probably know many reasons why our campus is 'greener', but here are 5 things we bet you didn't know, that prove that this coming year will be even greener than the last:
Orientation Week Events
The Sustainability Office's Outreach Team will be out in full force over the next few weeks.  Watch for us, and join the 1800+ people who have taken the pledge to be Greener at UofT
Green Ambassadors 2015-16
Feel like your office could use some "greening"?  Then now is the time to join the Green Ambassadors program!  This program is open to all staff, faculty and grad students on St. George campus.
Seen this before?
Our first Sustainability Yearbook was a hit, and the next edition (2015-2016) is on its way.  If you have a noteworthy story, or fun fact that you think we should include, please let us know!
Bruce Dodds, a campus sustainability hero, is about to retire.  As utilities director, Bruce had more opportunity to impact our campus footprint than almost any other, and he made the most of it.

On his watch, hundreds of energy saving retrofits and programs took shape, and the Sustainability Office first came into being.
You will be missed Bruce, but the energy savings will be enjoyed for many years to come!
Green Courses 2015-16
It is that time of year again!  It's time to prove that reducing paper use in classrooms isn't just the right thing to do, but that it's also easy to do!

Get your course Green Certified!
