Hello all,

We've a change in format with the newsletter this week to focus on two important events - Jack's ultramarathon along the Norfolk Coastal Path and our Online Charity Auction!

Months of preparation have gone into getting both events organised, so all we ask of you now is your support please.

So as always, grab that cuppa and please read on to hear the plans and how you can get involved...

#getjackto10k Ultramarathon

At 5am this morning, Jack Mollicone started the challenge of his lifetime with a 134 km/83 mile run along the Norfolk Coastal Path. He arrived in the dark at Hunstanton to begin the first section to Wells-next-the-Sea. What a way to watch the sunrise!
Just to put this into perspective for you, Jack is running the equivalent of nearly FOUR marathons or Norwich to Harlow. Can you imagine it?!
We will keep you updated throughout today across our social media accounts. In particular, our Facebook event page.
If you haven't donated yet, please give what you can using this link here - every penny matters. You can also share this link with your friends, family and colleagues and with hope we can #getjackto10k

The Matthew Project Online Auction
We can't attend firework displays this year, so here's the perfect alternative. Stay at home and watch fireworks online as bidders frantically battle to buy one of our SIZZLING auction lots.
Thanks to some fantastic support from Norfolk businesses and local people, we have created an amazing selection of themed lots that will be available for bidding from 8pm tonight. The online auction will run for two weeks, until 7.45pm on Friday 6th November, when you can join auctioneer Chris Bailey live online as the final 15 minutes are battled out!
Do go across to our auction website here for the full listing of lots and of course use this opportunity for to start your Christmas shopping with a fantastic gift for the one you love!
