Rare Breed Youth Outreach Center
The Rare Breed Youth Outreach Center is a free and confidential place where at risk and homeless youth can go. It promotes healthy relationships, empowerment, and healing for the youth of Springfield. Rare Breed also has youth housing options for homeless youth between the ages of 17-24. Donations for this organization will be collected in December, so start gathering items in advance. Help us help our community by donating items to Rare Breed Youth Services this December. Donations of these items will ensure those in need feel at home as we help transition from homelessness to stability. Household, toiletry, bed and bath, cleaning supplies, infant care, and food items are all needed. Come by the FRC to drop off the items you wish to provide.

I hope that everyone has a wonderful and relaxing break with their friends and family. I wanted to share a TEDTalk with all of you about saying thank you, intentionally and often. I hope that this inspires everyone to take time to say thank you to one another, just not this week, but all year.
