Join us on retreat — from home!
When life gives you lemons, the saying goes, you make lemonade. When life gives you a global pandemic and tells you to stay at home week after week, you create online mindfulness retreats — at least that's what the team at iBme did.
Please note that while these retreats are scheduled by time zone, they are open to participants in all time zones.

We invite participants of all ages — new and returning — to join us for a meaningful and transformative live retreat experience right from your home computer. You’ll learn skills for sustaining your own home practice (helpful!) and discover how to bring more ease and compassion into your life and relationships (very helpful!).

Join on your own or with others — we'd love to see members of the same families and/or households participate together.

We’ve adapted our signature style to these new circumstances we all suddenly find ourselves in, but it's still the same renowned iBme retreat experience. You can expect our usual authenticity, small-group connections, and, yes, even fun.

Immerse with Us. There's no lemonade, but there is mindfulness practice for calm and resilience — and a supportive and welcoming community.

We'll meet via Zoom (we'll send instructions) to learn, practice, and share as a whole community and in smaller breakout groups. We've tried it — it works!

I feel so grateful to have a meditation practice and community right now as we “shelter in place” in California. In-person social interactions (outside of those with my partner) have been very limited so these chances to connect mean a lot. Yay for Zoom!!  -Online Retreat Participant
