November Online Mindfulness Retreat “Meeting the Moment” for All Ages

We will come together after the election in a time of community resilience to responsively adapt to the needs of our community and whatever is coming up in the wake of what is sure to be an historic 2020 election.

Contemplative Courses


These practice-based courses meet online, 2 hours a week for 4 weeks.
 
Celebration and Restoration of Communities of Color

A time to celebrate our identities and explore ways to unleash the power of mindfulness to restore and heal our communities.

Meditation as Support for White Anti-Racist Action Course
October 6 - November 10 (once a week for six weeks)
Welcome to all white folks who want to show up better and more fully in solidarity and action with people of color in the work for justice.

Contemplative Climate Leadership for Youth Course
October 20 - November 24 (once a week for six weeks)
Get real, dive deep, and create connections with yourself and others that can make a critical difference in how we navigate this time of planetary change.
 
iBme's Mindfulness Teacher Training
Socially Engaged Mindfulness
June 2021–June 2022
Immersion and training in mindfulness.
Geared toward teaching adolescents.
