What teens gain ...

We asked our Regional Outreach Coordinators what they see as the biggest gifts for teens in an iBme retreat. Here are their inspiring answers:

Curiosity & Community.

Concentration. Compassion. Connection.

Authentic connections.

A full sense of themselves that they can hold with grace, joy, and acceptance.

Self-empowerment. Confidence.

Friendship, an invitation to be oneself, unconditional support.

Connection. Balance. Self-compassion.

Thank you to Steve, Andie, Ray, Jylani, Karen, Valerie, Robert, Jennifer, Corinne, and Mary Ann, who work hard to spread the word about the iBme Teen Retreats in their area. If you'd like to get in touch with your local Regional Outreach Coordinator, email registrar@ibme.com.

I’ve learned how to open up and connect with people. I’ve gotten a lot better at meditating, and I’ve really stopped judging people and myself for unimportant things.”
—Sophie, 2018 teen retreatant

Why iBme?

Recent studies suggest that participation in an iBme retreat can generate self-compassion, reduce depressive symptoms, and expand a teen's sense of gratitude and overall well-being.

Our highly trained teachers and staff draw upon decades of experience creating transformative environments for young people to explore mindfulness through daily sitting and walking meditation, creative arts, sports, small groups, and engagement with the natural world.

We offer a sliding scale based on family income.
No teen has ever been turned away due to lack of funds.
