What we're hearing ...

My daughter attended a Teen iBme Retreat this past August. She is meditating regularly every evening — at first for 5 minutes, and now she exclaims anything less than 15-20 minutes is not enough. We have been spending time together at least once a week listening to the past recordings of retreats and wisdom talks.

We have always been close but now this has given us another thing to do together to stay connected and deepen our relationship with meaningful heartfelt discussions. Thank you iBme for being such a great resource for youth and families!!

Mindfulness Teacher Training
Send us your questions!

A Year-long Immersion and Certification
in Teaching Mindfulness to Adolescents

iBme’s Mindfulness Teacher Training prepares professionals working with adolescents to implement an in-depth mindfulness curriculum in high schools, colleges, and other youth settings. Participants learn mindfulness practices developed for adolescents and the skills to be effective mindful mentors.

Applications for our 2019-2020 cohort are now open!

Curious? Send us your questions.
We're collecting questions about the training — anything from special interests to logistics to curriculum. We'll get the answers together and share them in an upcoming email.

Sit and Share Is Back!
Sit & Share is an online meeting for iBme alums, friends, and interested teens. Please join us online or via phone with a guest iBme facilitator for a period of meditation and discussion.
