Making Mindfulness Safe for Trauma Survivors Workshop
Are you a wellness professional or mindfulness educator? This daylong workshop guided by trauma specialist David Treleaven, PhD, is designed to equip you with the tools you needs to offer mindfulness in a safe, effective, trauma-sensitive way.
This retreat is specifically designed for teens of color and offers the opportunity for teens, mentors, and staff of color to connect around their practice, their identities and intersectionalities, and mindfulness.
Calling all 18 to 32 year-olds. Give yourself the time and space to get calm, relaxed, present, and nourished. Take home skills you can rely on to reduce stress, increase focus, navigate crises — wherever you find yourself in life.
