At this moment I feel I have learned more lessons about myself and others in the past five days than I did in the last year of school.

RETREATS FOR ALL AGES
younger, older, & in the middle!
Hear from participants in our recent All-Ages Online Retreat
Take a weekend to connect within and with others through our transformative approach to mindfulness. As a creative response to COVID-19, iBme hosted its first online mindfulness retreats this spring for people of all ages. The response was overwhelmingly positive — so we are offering two more this summer.

We invite you to participate on your own or with others in your family, home, or life.
July 17–19 (Eastern time zone)
August 14–16 (Pacific time zone)

From a few spring All-Ages Online Retreat participants:
Frankly, I walked away totally surprised at the depth of the practice in an online format. Doing this style of retreat, in my own home, is extremely rich and informative in a way I never imagined.  —Marv
The online retreats have been super helpful to me right now. Something about still being at home during the retreat makes it easier to integrate after retreat.  —Fiora
Thank you so much for the amazing retreat this weekend. I am so grateful and continue to be amazed at the phenomenal teachers, administrators, planning, technology, and the execution of a truly transformative experience.  —Terry
