Having fun in the sun...

There is always a lot of fun happening at our teen retreats - of course! In the midst of the turmoil and challenges of life, it's good to make space for just goofing around, being "unproductive," or getting physical.

Hoping your summer is off to a fun, interesting,
(and maybe even a little silly) start!

This is one of the most important and cost-effective ways that we can reach people to let them know about our teen mindfulness and teacher-training opportunities. Send someone a link to our website (, our Instagram page, or our Facebook page. Thank you!
