Thursday, October 15, 2015
Noon - 1p.m

Presented By: Dr. Jon Gant, Professor and Director of the Center for Digital Inclusion University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign,Graduate School of Library and Information Science

All governments face growth in demand for services while confronting a strained economy, coupled with the belief that it is appropriate to explore new opportunities where technology innovation is essential.
As such, any governmental entity’s Information Technology (IT) capabilities must be contemporary, flexible, scalable, secure, and environmentally conscious with the ability to respond to new goals and dynamically changing service and operational requirements by various agencies.
This seminar is part of the Illinois Digital Innovation Leadership Program and is funded through the Office of the Provost and College of ACES Illinois Extension and Outreach Initiative.
