Attend the Local and Regional Food Conference on November 15, 2016 and learn how to meet the demand for local and regional food and farming topics. Registration fee is $25 for Farm Bureau members ($35 for non-Farm Bureau members) and includes all event materials and lunch. Registration is due by November 10, 2016. On-site registration is $40 as space allows. Lunch is NOT guaranteed with on-site registration. Register HERE. The event will be held at The Pavilion,1602 Sioux Drive, Marion, IL from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (doors open at 8:30 AM).

Join us for a discussion with Zach Kennedy, University of Illinois Extension’s Community and Economic Development State Specialist, to learn more about data trends affecting economic development in Illinois. Using data can greatly improve decision-making, increase understanding of emerging trends, and improve application of information in our day to day roles in our communities. In this webinar, Kennedy will provide Illinois’ “data snapshot,” present demographic and economic information about the state and its regions, and give participants the opportunity to ask specific questions.
