CMEE honors past Trustees, Beatrice Alda, Natalie Barth, and Vicky Graham
On February 25, CMEE hosted its annual “CMEE in the City” fundraising dinner, which was attended by a capacity crowd of 180 people. With help from the honorary event chairs, Arlene and Alan Alda and Joy Behar, CMEE celebrated the work of three trailblazing former trustees, Beatrice Alda, Natalie Barth, and Vicky Graham. You can see a selection of photographs from the evening on our website.
CHANGE FOR CMEE
CMEE needs change...here's how you can help!
You may have noticed a funny looking contraption sitting in the lobby of CMEE these days. That's where we're keeping all the change donated by our generous museum visitors and their children as part of our capital campaign. We've already distributed over 400 banks and collecting are change for from now until June.
During this fundraiser, we're also inviting kids who drop off a bank to take part in our estimation contest. Guess the final weight (or come closest to it) and they'll receive a One-Year Family Membership. If they offer the best guess for the final $ amount, they'll win two tickets for the CMEE Family Fair on June 19th. See the front desk for details.
HOW ARE WE DOING?
We want to hear from you!
As part of our ongoing mission to enrich the lives of children and families here on the East End, we're always looking for ways to improve the museum experience. Since you're an active member of the CMEE community, we invite you to share your thoughts on doing just that. So, if you have a few spare moments, please take our Visitor Questionnaire.
