Dear Ones,

I'm offering a 1/2 Day Retreat to my local sangha this weekend, and we had this brilliant idea: let's open it up to our Global Sangha!
Come hang out with Elm Community Insight in New Haven, Connecticut  on Saturday, to be in community and share practice.

What We Can Cultivate During This Global Pandemic

Zoom https://zoom.us/j/249788450
Sliding Scale $10 - 30 + Teacher Dana
*Payment info will be given out during retreat.
*No one will be turned away for lack of funds

In living through a global pandemic, it might feel like our autonomy and basic freedoms have been taken away. But if we pause and look deeper, we can begin to see that there is space to cultivate and tend to what we are experiencing in our hearts, bodies and minds. In this half day retreat, we'll turn our attention towards the 10 Paramis (Perfections); with a specific look at Renunciation, Wisdom and Generosity. Creating space for greater benevolence, compassion and tenderness to arise.
