Educators: Teach your students how to become Friendship Ninjas!

Are you tired of kids (and adults) using the word "bullying" to describe common squabbles in classrooms and on playgrounds? Here at URSTRONG we call those Friendship Fires™ - normal conflicts between friends.

To improve student wellbeing and achievement, children must learn to understand, navigate and respond accordingly to the social world around them. With kid-friendly terminology and skills-based activities, Friendology 101 provides educators with an easy-to-use framework for effectively guiding students towards conflict-resolution and healthy relationships.

An exciting new initiative that we've recently launched is our Friendology 101 Educator Training at schools across Australia. Training an entire staff in our curriculum allows educators to create a culture of kindness and ensure a common language to support students with their Friendship Fires™.

We would love to work with your school and are currently booking Friendology 101 Educator Training for Term 4 and the 2018 School Year. To have your staff trained in Friendology 101, please express your interest by contacting

NOTE: Our Friendology 101 curriculum has been reviewed by KidsMatter and is included on their programs guide.

Step In or Step Back

It's so hard to watch your child struggle in their friendships. It's heartbreaking and your instinct is to protect them.

How do we strike that perfect balance of allowing our children to develop the skills to be resilient in the face of conflict, yet give them a hand when they need it?
