I think we all agree that for us as missionaries, attention to our spiritual lives is key. Unless we are thriving spiritually, we will not be able to persevere in our ministry or bear fruit that lasts. As you may noticed, the Women's Ministry Team has been offering Soul Care retreats in various parts of the world, and have also been promoting a number of other resources for our women to help them thrive in their spiritual lives. But SEND has not taken the same initiative to provide such resources for our men. Should SEND U focus more attention on “soul care for men?” This is a question that the SEND U Leadership Team has been discussing and to which, we would like more feedback.
So what do you men think? Do SEND men need additional help to thrive spiritually? Should SEND seek to develop additional resources or plan events for this purpose? In our last Training Tracks newsletter, we promised the men an opportunity to give feedback through a survey. Please find the link to that survey below. We ask that all SEND men fill out the survey by October 4.
