RE: Standard Eviction Fees for Single Family Rentals (SFR)

Dear Valued Clients:

          As we approach the end of the year, we find ourselves aware that in order to ensure that we can continue to evolve with the changing expectations of the Court systems we operate in and still preserve the quality of service that our clients have come to expect from us, we must continue to invest in more human and technology resources to assist us in managing our growing SFR workflow.

     Accordingly, effective January 1, 2023, we will be implementing a $15 price increase to our "basic" fees for eviction filings on new non-payment of rent cases for SFRs. Until further notice, all pricing for ONPs (Other than Non-Payment cases) will remain the same flat-fee tiered pricing that you already experience. You will see this change reflected in the "legal fees" portion of our Invoices, but will NOT see any change in the other items such as Court filing fees or Sheriff's service fees (as the Courts have not increased their prices thus far).

     If you have any questions about the anticipated pricing for any of the services you receive from us, you can always go to our website, https://LoebsackBrownlee.Law, where you'll find a "Cost Estimator" in the "How it Works" page for that particular State. You may also find the fee breakdown in our perks letter (links are provided below).

     For cases that are for reasons other than non-payment of rent, you will continue to receive specialized attention and follow up from your eviction processing team. For these types of special cases, additional charges will still apply and will continue to be billed via a supplemental invoice as we have done in the past. If you have questions about those special upcharges, feel free to utilize the Cost Estimator on your specific state's page on our website or the above referenced fee charts.
