Planning Ahead for Disaster Recovery

We have seen an increasing interest in the topic of pre-disaster recovery planning among our partners and stakeholders both locally and on the national stage. Public health and healthcare colleagues across the nation know that developing a recovery plan before an emergency hits can help to mitigate the long-term health impacts on communities, particularly the most vulnerable. As we continue to research this topic for our 4-week online course, we thought we’d share some of our favorite resources here: This is just a sampling of the resources we have compiled for our recovery planning course. If you’d like to learn more, reach out to us or register for the course.
