September 1st To September 7th

You are invited to join us for our annual Labor Day Pub Crawl! This event is always a great time! The bus will be leaving Post 129 at Noon and will make stops at Monkey's Uncle, down near the Pete's area and the Lynch's area then back here to Post 129.

The cost for the event is $20 which includes a commemorative T shirt that must be worn the day of the event. Sign up for your T shirt to reserve your spot. Space is limited so sign up today!

It is with a heavy heart that we have to inform you that our dear friend and long time Post member, Al Wiltshire, passed away last evening.

A celebration of life service will be held in the event hall at the Post on Saturday, September 5th at 1 pm. Covered Dishes requested.

This Saturday evening will be the monthly ALR bike night. Come on up and check it out! It's always a great time!

Please join us in our American Legion Post 129 Saturday golf. It is a nine hole captains choice/best ball theme. We now have over 40 players signed up to play on Saturday Mornings. We would love to have you join us.

Tuesday, September 1^st
Jumbo Philly Cheese Steak Quesadilla – A large flour tortilla stuffed with thin sliced steak, grilled peppers, sauteed onions and cheese.

Wednesday, September 2^nd
Spaghetti and Meatballs – Homemade marinara sauce and hand rolled meatballs over a bed of thin spaghetti served with garlic bread.

Thursday, September 3^rd
Meatloaf Dinner – Homemade meatloaf served with over roasted red potatoes and Chef Steven’s famous southern style green beans.

Friday, September 4^th – Auxiliary Dinner
The Auxiliary will be serving up a chicken and vegetable casserole dinner served with a biscuit, garden salad, and dessert for only $7 donation.

Saturday, September 5th - Bike Night
There will be no dinner due to the celebration of life service earlier in the day.

Sunday, Sept 6th – Breakfast 9 am to Noon
Our home-style breakfasts are served all morning long. So stop on down for some biscuits and gravy, pancakes, or eggs - we are here to serve you!
