Tuesday, August 11th – Pulled Pork
Our pork roast is slow cooked until it is fork tender, shredded and pilled high on a bun served with a choice of side.
Wednesday, August 12th – Chicken Fried Steak
Tender flavorful steaks dipped in thick batter and fried to a crispy golden brown and then smothered in pepper gravy served with mashed potatoes and green beans.
Thursday, August 13th – Asian Pork Stir Fry
A simple but delicious Asian dish prepared with pork and vegetables served over white rice.
Friday, August 14th – SAL Dinner
Sunday, August 16th – Breakfast 9 am to Noon
