This Friday!!!

Mark your calendars for September 19th, we will be holding our POW/MIA recognition service at 6:00 pm. Many have noticed the small round table in the corner, but do not understand the mean-ing of the items upon it. This is a very touching service that tells us of the meanings, and keeps in our minds the memories and sacrifice of all our brothers and sisters who did not re-turn.

Eighty-Two Legion members boarded the new casino cruise ship in Mayport on Sunday, July 13th.

With only 200 people on board the ship you ran into someone you knew at every turn!

Some left winners, some did not but a good time was had by all! Check out pictures on our website!

This Weekend!!!!

We will be collecting items for our homeless veterans to be distributed at the Jacksonville Stand Down on September 19-20. We will be collect-ing small size toiletry items: soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, etc. Also, white under-shirts (crew neck style), white boxer shorts, and white or colored socks are needed.

The Sign up sheet is now up for the kitchen during the football season. Please sign up as soon as possible. Once you commit please give your menu to Brandi as soon as possible.

Queen of Diamonds Raffle Jackpot is over $6000!!! Tickets can only be bought on Saturday evenings. Tickets will be on sale until 645pm. Drawing will take place at 7pm.

Not only will the Breakfast crew will be hard at work serving you up fantastic meal from 9am to noon but we will have a crew in to cook football snacks as well. Plan on making us your football headquarters! With the NFL Sunday ticket and 9 TV's we have you covered!
