St Patrick's Day - Friday, March 17th 

Join us for our St Patrick's Day Party! Terry will be hard at work in the kitchen cooking up dinner of corn beef served with boiled potatoes, cabbage, carrots and soda bread.

There will be party favors and an Irish sing a long! Steak bingo will held at 630 pm and the Maybees will be here to keep you dancing all night long! Remember everyone is Irish on St Patrick's Day! 

This is a popular meal and we want to be sure no one is left out! If you are planning on joining us please sign up by March 13th so we know how many people to prepare for.

Golf Tournament - April 22nd

Please join us for the 3rd Annual American Legion Post 129 Golf Tournament on Saturday - April 22nd, 2017 to benefit our Boys and Girls State programs. A great day of golf, fun & prizes is planned at the beautiful Jacksonville Beach Golf Course.

Come take part in this spectacular event by rounding up a team of golfers. What better way to kick-start your summer than to spend it on the greens!

New Dart League begins Tuesday, March 28th. Must be a member in good standing to participate. Registration begins at 6 pm. 
April 13th to 16th
The Vietnam Veterans Memorial Replica Wall will be Jacksonville at Metropolitan Park.

The wall that heals honors the more than three million Americans who served in the US Armed forces in the Vietnam War and it bears the names of more than 58,000 men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in Vietnam. 
Alzheimer's Awareness - Tuesday, March 14th

Join us tonight as we welcome Cari from the Alzheimer's Association. She will be at the Post promoting awareness and looking for volunteers to fill out a short survey. All members who fill out the survey will be entered to will a Publix gift card. Drawing will be at 8 pm tonight. 
Cabane Yard Sale - April 7th & 8th 

Mark your calendars for the Cabane's annual rummage sale  April 7th and 8th. Spring is here and it’s time to clean out the closets, and anything else that is taking up space and not needed or wanted any more, we appreciate any and all donations.

All donations can be dropped off starting on April 1st.

Thank you to all of our lovely ladies who participated, all the members who volunteered, and all of you who came to support the show. It was because of you the Miss Post 129 Beauty Pageant was a huge success. All proceeds from the event will be used to support our veterans and our active duty troops.

Please join us in our American Legion Post 129 Saturday golf.  It is a nine hole captains choice/best ball theme.  We now have over 40 players signed up to play on Saturday Mornings. We would love to have you join us.
