Friday, June 21st - SAL Dinner

Join us this Friday evening for the SAL dinner. They will be serving up Meatloaf with southern style green beans and creamy mashed potatoes for only $7.00.

Plus since it's the SAL dinner you know the steak bingo prizes will we from Fresh Market so be sure to be here for your chance to win.

Monday Nights - Liberty Hall
Remember Bar Olympics is going on in the Liberty Hall and it has been getting rave reviews. Be sure to come out next week and give it a try. You can enter anytime between 5 pm and 9 pm just see Marcia for details. 
 
Friday, June 21st
Come on out this Friday night for What Four starting at 530 pm. They have been playing here for years and will keep you entertained all night. So be sure to come on out and join in on the fun. 
Food Truck Saturday
Saturday, June 22nd we will have the Not Your Daddy's Ribs food truck here at Post 129. They specialize in Smoked Pork Spare Ribs, Chicken Smoked to perfection, and Smoked Sausage.
Friday & Saturday Steak Bingo
We will be holding Steak Bingo in the Freedom Hall at 630 on Friday night and in the Liberty Hall (Non Smoking) at 730 pm on Saturday night. Plan on coming out and showing them your support. 
Queen of Diamonds Raffle is still in the beginning few weeks but just because it's early does not mean you can't win. We have seen it go early many a time so be sure to be here by 645 pm for your chance. 
Saturday, June 22nd
Remedy will be in the Liberty Hall this Saturday night. This is one of the Post favoirtes dance bands so be sure to come on by and check them out. 
The Liberty Hall has now been open for a few months and we would like your thoughts. We have settled into a schedule that seems to be working and that it seems our members are enjoying but we would love to hear from you. We have put together a short survey on our website.

If you visit the Liberty Hall let us know what you think, what you like, what you don't like, what you would like to see us change, or what you would like to see us add or cancel...we truly want your ideas. We opened this hall for our non smoking members and we want to give you what you want.

The hall has been slowly getting more business but I truly believe it can do better. So let us know what we can do to get you all to visit more.

Thursday, July 4th 
Plan on celebrating 4th of July here with your Post family. We have a great fundraiser planned with a ton of great games, live entertainment and Too Tall's Famous BBQ Ribs for dinner. 

All proceeds from the event will be going to Wanda and Jerry Brandt to support them in their roles as Department Officers. We couldn't be more proud to call them both part of our Post family and are excited to see all that they accomplish in the upcoming years. 
Saturday July 13th 
On Saturday, July 13th we will be holding our annual installation of new officers in the Liberty Hall at 4 pm.

​There not only will be the installation for all of the organization new officers but each organization will be taking time to recognize members that made a difference over the past year. This Post is what it is because of each and every one of these organizations and its members. All members are encouraged to attend the installation.
Friday, July 26th - Christmas in July
Mark your calendars the date has been set - the Auxiliary annual Christmas in July Fundraiser will be held on Friday, July 26th. I do not have any details yet on what they are planning but you all know this is always a great time.

We have new bands and some of your favorites lined up for the next few months. Be sure to come by the Post on the weekend, check them out and let us know what you think. 
A bunch of you have been asking and I like to give you what you ask for so here it is! The Christmas Craft show has been set. The 2nd Annual Christmas Show will be held on Saturday, November 2nd.

Vendors who would like to join in on the fun can register on our website via Pay Pal or by downloading an application and returning it to Brandi. We are limiting the number of vendors this year so be sure to reserve you spot early.
