Football season is here! We had a great crowd last week and want to you to come join the fun!
Our kitchen is closed this year but we do have food trucks scheduled from 2 pm to 4 pm on Sundays. This week we have the Ever Changing Food truck serving up burgers, dogs, gyros and more . So be sure to come on up hungry and grab some lunch.
Both the Liberty & Freedom Hall will be open on Sundays (Liberty Hall at 1230 pm) So plan on making Post 129 you football headquarters.

Glass Blowing Workshop?
Thank you to everyone who gave us input on the glass blowing workshop. I have talked to the company and it looks like we are going to be able to move forward. I should have more details by next week. So stay tuned.

It's that time of year when Wreaths Across America is looking for our support. They have still have over 3000 that need to be donated to cover the Jacksonville National Cemetery. You can help by texting "wreath33" to 20222 - you will be charger $15 via your cell phone bill for your donation of a wreath.
You can also support the WAA by joining in the poker run that is coming up on October 22nd. The event will start at the FRA 290 in Mayport with kick stands up at 11 am - they will hit three spots throughout the day and end here at Post 129. So mark your calendars and plan on joining in the fun. More details to come next week.

Fan Filled Fall Fun Open Mic Event - Wednesdays in Liberty Hall
Join in on the Fan Filled Fall Fun Contest. Fans, have your favorite artist or artists sign up to play at AL 129 Wednesday open mic.
Musicians, while you entertain your fans have them cast their vote. Cash prize awarded at the end of the month for winner of the month.
Players sign up during the week before the event. Voters ballots are handed out at 7 pm, 15 minute slots for each player, votes are cast in person, collected at the end of the night.
So come partake in the game, the music and all the fabulous specials from the kitchen and the bar the AL 129 offers. Come early to grab your table for your voting group

Christmas Craft Fair - November 12th

Operation Gratitude and CSX are excited to provide another wonderful opportunity for Volunteers to donate their time and energy to help them show our service members how much the American People care.
Join them on October 20-22, 2022 at Jumbo Shrimp Stadium, where they will assemble 10,000 Care Packages for our deployed troops. These packages will be delivered just in time for the holiday season to bring some holiday cheer to everyone who opens them. Come join in on the journey to say thank you to all who serve!
